Eksen Logistics has quickly achieved a significant turnover by providing integrated logistics services with a focus on customer satisfaction. General Manager Tuğba Gül believes that their young staff is responsible for most of the company’s wide range of products, and cites their human resources as the source of their success.

Eksen Logistics General Manager Tuğba Gül stated that they have achieved a great deal since their establishment, and noted that sincerity and the sharing of information are among the building blocks of the company structure.

Gül   remarked that her experienced colleagues share their knowledge and experiences with newly hired young employees and added: “Their guidance reveals the holistic nature of our success. We also provide internship opportunities for international logistics students.”

Gül relayed how much joy they get from teaching industry knowledge and experiences to all employees, whether they are interns or full-time employees.
